Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning & organizing induction and development trainings
- Owning digital training tools, ensuring timely implementation of new and creation of country specific trainings, administering and reporting the usage
- Promoting digital learning approach
- Coordinating recruitment processes
- Managing Health & Safety process in the organization
- Supporting HR administration function
- Supporting implementation of central & local HR processes, products & solutions
If you have:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Human Resources / Psychology or other related field
- Work experience in HR field and high interest in general HR topics
- Advanced English language skills
- Solid Microsoft Office skill
- Ability to travel
