HR Administration and Payroll Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating, implementing, and continuously improving HR Administration and Payroll processes in cooperation with an external service provider
- Coordinating and supporting the implementation of the global SAP HR system in Lithuania
- Preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, terminations, and other required HR documentation, and ensuring proper and compliant archiving
- Reviewing timesheets and submitting all required data for payroll calculations; verifying payroll calculations prepared by the external provider
- Ensuring HR Administration and Payroll external services are used efficiently, including initiating actions to optimize costs
- Ensuring high quality of data provided by external partners by monitoring HR-related reports and identifying discrepancies
- Advising Store and Area Managers on Labour Law–related matters, in cooperation with external legal advisors when needed
- Creating, implementing, and updating internal HR policies, rules, and procedures
- Delivering regular training sessions for Store Managers on working time management and HR administration topics
If you have at least:
- 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian Labour Law
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- Advanced English and excellent Lithuanian language skills
Salary
The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
